Human rights advocacy is a continuous task in every country.
Cambodia is no exception, as you would expect given its torrid recent history.
Some human rights issues stem from that past. Many others are due to more recent actions and failings.
At this late stage of my career in Cambodia, it is best to focus on just a few major issues, where I can bring my experience to bear.
